Associate's Certificate in Consulting Skills:
To earn an Associate's Certificate in Consulting Skills, you must fulfill the following requirements:
- Complete the three courses as depicted in the chart below within one year, comprising a minimum of six days in-class time
- Pass the final test at the end of each course with a minimum grade of 70%
- Attend all in-class sessions
Advanced Certificate of Completion in Consulting Skills:
To earn an Advanced Certificate of Completion in Consulting Skills, you must fulfill the following requirements:
- Complete four courses within two years, comprising a minimum of eight days in-class time
- Complete all out-of-class assignments (online pre-work and post-work in the "prepare" and "perform" phases of the courses)
- Pass the final test at the end of each course with a minimum grade of 70%
- Attend all in-class sessions
- Provide evidence of project management knowledge in one of the following ways:
- Take any one of the following courses (may be applied towards the minimum 8-day in-class time requirement): PM100, PM01*, or PM11*
- Provide evidence of PMP® certification from the Project Management Institute
- Produce evidence of two years experience in a project management role
- Demonstrate an overall competency through the completion of Nexient's project-based practicum - CO80: Certification Practicum for Consulting Professionals
