Reporting PDUs

The Project Management Institute requires that a PMP® earn 60 professional development units (PDUs) every three years in order to maintain certification. Information Techhnology Service Management Forum (itSMF)

The IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) is a global, independent, internationally recognized not-for-profit organization dedicated to IT Service Management.

As businesses depend more and more on technology to promote and deliver their products to market, the benefits of adopting Best Practice IT Service Management have become more apparent. It is the primary aim of the itSMF to develop and promote industry best practices in service management.
