 Customer Service Representative - Montreal, QC

We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to work out of our office located in Montreal.

 

As a member of the Direct Access Client team, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for selling training products and learning services to direct access clients and building and maintaining long-term client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Student registrations and confirmations
  • Maintain and update client data in registration system
  • Class confirmations and cancellations
  • Process client credit card payments
  • Maintain partner voucher redemption programs
  • Create and uncover opportunities with new and existing direct access clients
  • Support Sales Team by creating documents for clients, including photocopying and assembling of marketing packages
  • Respond to client requests/emails/phone calls
  • Maintain and update weekly/monthly reporting
  • Interact with clients to maintain relationships

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bilingual (French & English)
  • University and/or College diploma/certificate
  • 2-3 years inbound sales experience, preferably in a training/learning environment
  • Experience in up-selling
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Complex verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service focus
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Ability to multitask under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently or with supervision
