Director, Client Solutions - Leadership and Business Solutions, Montreal

We are seeking an experienced Director, Client Solutions to provide subject matter and consultative sales expertise to the sales team to ensure they deliver prescriptive Leadership and Business learning solutions. You will provide input into the overall strategic direction within the Corporate sector, engage in territory and account planning and drive execution against Leadership and Business solutions and Learning Services targets. Responsibilities:
- Act as subject matter expert in Leadership and Business Skills (LBS) and Learning Services (LS) to Corporate-East Sales Team
- Work collaboratively with sales team in providing a professional consultative and solution oriented approach to clients
- Provide input into overall strategic direction for LBS and LS to sector sales leadership, product management and marketing teams
- Engage in strategic account planning
- Proactively engage with sales team to achieve sector LBS and LS targets
- Build and maintain program awareness both internally and externally
- Participate in speaking engagements and strategic business development with partners and industry activities
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to successfully engage clients using a strategic, consultative sales approach and provide seasoned advice with respect to client issues and needs
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve team and organizational goals; as well as coach and educate others to promote team performance
- Ability to improve organizational performance by monitoring progress, identifying areas for improvement, recommending more effective processes/products/solutions and using a positive approach to help motivate others to maximize results
- Minimum 10 years experience in business, 5 years in sales and 5 years in LBS and LS
- Post secondary education or equivalent
- Professional communication and business writing skills, including strong presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite
