With the growth and maturity of project
management and project-based organizations today, there is an increasing need
for a broad understanding and appreciation of the project management discipline
by those whose formal role is other than that of “Project Manager”.
In this one-day seminar, participants will
develop a basic understanding of project management fundamentals, including the
project lifecycle and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®), the
foundation of modern project management.
