In this course, students will gain the skills necessary to work with the Message window and customize Outlook. Students will learn how to format Outlook messages, use the Address Book, customize views, and work with folders, forms, and junk mail. Students will also work with Rules, files, applications, multiple e-mail accounts, and the Internet. They will learn to work offline, set message security, and configure other Outlook options.

For this course, training is performed on student's equipment. We provide the software and data files for the training.
