Global Knowledge Students Learn to Administer and Deploy Microsoft System Center 2012 Configuration Manager
Cary, NC - March 21, 2012 - Global Knowledge, worldwide leader in IT and business training, today announced the availability of two new Microsoft System Center 2012 courses. Using the prerelease version of the software, students will learn to administer and deploy Microsoft System Center 2012 Configuration Manager.
Students in the five-day Administering System Center 2012 Configuration Manager (M10747) will gain the knowledge and skills to configure and manage a System Center 2012 Configuration Manager site and its associated site systems. Students will learn to manage the Configuration Manager client, application deployment and software updates, inventory and software metering, mobile devices, and compliance settings on devices. They will learn to organize resources, query and report data, and implement System Center 2012 Endpoint Protection. Students will also learn to configure Wake On LAN, Power Management, and Remote Control.
In the three-day Deploying System Center 2012 Configuration Manager (M10748) students will learn how to plan and deploy a System Center 2012 Configuration Manager hierarchy, including the central administration site, one or more primary and secondary sites, and all associated site systems. They will also learn to migrate System Center Configuration Manager 2007 to System Center 2012 Configuration Manager.
When taken together, the new Microsoft System Center 2012 courses provide comprehensive preparation for Exam 70-243 TS: Microsoft System Center 2012 Configuration Manager, Configuring. Both courses are available in classrooms and as private on-site courses that can be tailored to the needs of a student's organization.
